My path into leadership coaching

The invitation into healing came first—and it cracked me open.
 

I left the City and stepped into a deeper kind of knowing. I didn’t take business to healing. I brought healing into business.

As one of the original European faculty members of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I helped pioneer professional coaching in global organisations—long before it was fashionable. For more than 25 years, I’ve carried that same pioneering spirit into boardrooms and frontline teams alike, supporting leaders to grow and teams to transform.

​

Coaching gave language and structure to something I had sensed all along: that real, sustainable change begins within. Not just performing better—but becoming more whole.

Where am I now?

I live in southwest France, coach leaders and teams around the world, and am creating the Wild Heart Centre, a sanctuary for leaders ready to lead with courage, connection, and soul.
